By far the best locations out of all of them. Whenever I need something worked on I can ask William the supervisor. William and Gonzalo work amazing together. Thank you guys so much for helping me with my truck.
My uncle is one of the drivers and having him coming over telling us how there’s a guy named will or William something like that is always complaining about everything they hardly see him do anything and he makes a lot of racial comments is actually sad. Sometimes my uncle says he doesn’t even know what he’s doing.(short tempered man) Drivers do a lot as well and they don’t need to be treated in a disrespectful manner they should be more aware of their surroundings
The new supervisor william does an amazing job explaining to the driver what is going on. if he can fix the issue there he will. ever since he replaced the penske mechanics my truck has not had a single issue. he always helps me and explains everything to me. he is one of the best mechanics i have seen.
