Cant recommend a better place to go to! Have delt with these guys twice with two different cars( Ute and Sedan) The level of professionalism and time estimate to completion of repairs and handover was excellent! Bill and Bianca were extremely kind and helpful in both repairs and keeping me up to date on the process. Would give them 6 stars if i could!!
I chose to return here after the great experience I had the first time and once again, they delivered excellent result. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the job was completed much quicker than I anticipated, which I really appreciated. The Max is back. As usual we have had nothing but exceptional service from Point Cook Collision Repairs. Sam and Darren go out of their way to make sure everything is done to perfection. Over the past 7 years we have unfortunate for us, had to have our vehicle repaired with them on several occasions at no fault of ours. And at that moment of an incident, when panic sets in, they give clear instructions on what to do, who to call and what needs to be done next, talking all the pressure off. I strongly advise exercising caution before entrusting your vehicle with Point Cook Collision Repairs and have never dealt with a company as shady as this. 1. Communication throughout the process was poor. The owner’s conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and unethical. My vehicle was held for approximately 5–6 weeks, and repairs appeared to progress only after I repeatedly followed up and applied pressure. 2.
