The staff certainly doesn’t go out of their way to help you. They basically make you do all the work so they don’t need to. I’m transferring my money to an actual bank because I’m so unhappy with point Breeze.
I loved this credit union for a long time. As a student account I considered myself lucky to not need to move to one, as I prefer them to banks. However, in the past ~2 years I have had nothing but dreadful experiences with the associates here. The banking features are just fine. But there is a $30 fee for EVERY time your card declines (not just when the balance is overdrawn). I opened an account and it was a breeze. I added my wife a couple months later and it was simple. They are very easy to work with. Friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
