This is one of the worst apartment communities to rent from in Nashville, hands down. I wish I would have read more reviews before signing my lease last year because the leasing agent Tonya completely lied to my roommate and I about what our apartment was going to look like, what amenities it would have, the security in the complex, and so much more. The "fitness center" (if you can even call it that) is a disgusting tiny room with a single treadmill and elliptical and smells like cat urine and mold. We couldn't even live in... read more
WARNING❗️⚠️ The staff at this complex will lie to you about your unit just to get you to sign. I was shown a model and told that my unit was equally renovated just had a different layout. That was a complete LIE! ❗️My unit had been vacant for a few weeks before I moved in and the place was a disgusting, non-renovated nightmare with roaches and spiders (which they would not clean - so I had to do it just to use my own kitchen!) and they did not replace all of the flooring after the people before had a cat that ruined it all. ... read more

there not worth it and the manager is a rude yankee
This place is horrible they have fly problem and the office people are horrible and always are on smoke brakes together .please don’t move over here someone died infront of my house no apology from office or nothing .
Wonderful community to live in and the office staff is very nice. They treat residents like family! Love it here!

Save yourself the trouble of living here. The management and regional management are all lazy and passed moving you in they don’t care anything about you. Worst decision I have ever made was moving into this complex.
