Have been here many times. The food is good . The lounge and live music makes it a fun time. Service is fine.
We had our wedding here. After several meetings detailing exactly what we wanted, the manger was either unable or unwilling to communicate to the staff what was desired. The manger wearing JEANS decided it was his place the evening of the FORMAL wedding to walk around asking how the meals were. Several details were either forgotten or inappropriately executed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Although the food was great (once we finally got it) the SERVICE has to be the worst we have ever experienced. Apparently management doesn't have a clue to what CUSTOMER SERVICES is all about... Was our second and last time there...
Everytime we are in the area, we used to love to go to the Point Breeze for dinner. The last time we were there it was so disappointing. We had to wait for a server, I had to go to the desk and ask for paper and crayons and upon doing so, was snapped at because I asked a bus boy. We had to wait for someone to take our drink order, we waited much too long. When we finally ordered, we had to wait even longer to get the drinks.
