We stayed in rental property in Hatteras for two weeks and received fabulous service from their technician Scott. Pool and hot tub were always clean and he even installed the hand rail that was missing from the pool steps after I told him I was sad it was gone. He came back the next day with new hardware. We were very pleased with this high level of service.
Very unprofessional in dealing with hot tub maintenance.
Called to talk to management, was sworn at and hung up on.
