Rachel is fantastic. It's been a long time since I had my hair done where I left feeling very happy with it. At some point, it was cut into a very blunt style and no one seemed to know how to correct it as it's very thick with a natural curl. Amazingly Rachel was able to decipher what I was looking for but couldn't explain and got my hair back to what I loved and missed so very much.
