I was in the area for a doctor's appointment, and my debit card with hacked. I was very appreciative of Josh's ( a teller) help while dealing with this crisis concerning my debit card (with another bank) and being able to withdraw funds from the card before my account was closed.
Chantel has time and time again showed us that relationship based customer service is not gone! She has consistently been open and honest with our banking needs and is the PRIME reason we bank with Point Bank.
PointBank FlowerMound I normally do not do reviews however I will on this due to my appreciation and thankfulness for Chantel and her team in Flower Mound.
