I have a deeply disappointing view of this company. In my view, the business operates unprofessionally and fails to meet basic obligations to its workers and clients. Based on my experience and research, I’m concerned about the risk of liens being filed by unpaid workers. Multiple attempts to get in contact regarding unresolved payment issues involving labor, but received no resolution. After my father passed, I ended up with a small rental property in Bronzeville. It had long-time tenants and needed serious work I couldn’t afford. I reached out to Point B, and Rob walked me through everything. He made a solid offer and handled the process from start to finish. I didn’t even have to step foot in the building. It couldn’t have gone smoother.
Had a very disappointing experience with this company. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Definitely not the professionalism I expected from a licensed contractor. While I understand that construction projects can come with unexpected issues, the way concerns were handled (or not handled) made it very difficult to trust the process.
