Robert is an owner of rental properties in Chicago through VRBO. I had the misfortune of booking one of his properties. After the stay, he charged me 975$ for damages which I did not cause (and I was able to provide video proof to VRBO that I did not cause any of the damages). He has since replied that the charges were accidental, however VRBO has been unable to get in contact with him (for over 2 weeks) to refund the charges and I have had to pay these charges.
