I make property tax payments using various online systems to counties all over the US and have never had problems like PNP. My first attempt to pay using my bank account wasn't possible because the PNP system would not accept the bank routing number. I requested that they add the bank routing number to their system. After they added the routing number to their system, my payments were coming back declined. We paid our property tax online of our house in Portland, OR, on Nov.12, 2024. Point & Pay charged us double processing fee. This company is not trustworthy. Company name should be, Point & Pray. How many people did they double-charge? This is not BBB accredited business.
