I like Point and Balance because the treatment is thorough, my pain alleviated (after two sessions). The treatments sent my mind in toa state of complete relaxation. Leah is a very nice and professional, the reception desk is very attentive. The place is clean and organized. Staff and doctor are very friendly. I'm very happy with my visit and will be returning.
Visiting from out of town and in acute pain, Leah was able to fit me into her schedule twice within a 3 day period. She has a wonderful demeanor, and more to the point she was able to greatly reduce the pain so that I could enjoy the rest of our visit with our daughter, son-in-law, and newly born grandson. I would recommend Leah and Point and Balance Acupuncture & Massage with 100% confidence.

I had never tried acupuncture before and I was lucky enough to find Leah through a referral from one of her happy clients. Leah was very warm and compassionate who listened to all my concerns and expectations. She explained the process and thoroughly discussed her plans with me. I have had 5 treatments now and I find it so relaxing that I fall asleep every time! I've even made my husband a believer in acupuncture and we greatly look forward to our weekend couple's sessions. I have been to other acupuncture places before but nothing compares to Point and Balance! She has help me immensely with getting my health back on track. She is personable and truly listens to what the patient needs and takes the care to treat them accordingly! She will always make the time to see me no matter what day or time, even after hours when it is an emergency! Leah is simply the best!
