Doesn't answer the phone, called multiple times in 2 hours.
I've called four different days to try to get flu/covid shots this year. Their posted hours do not reflect the fact that the nurse either leaves early or stops giving flu/covid shots after 3pm. The only reason to go to the Health Unit in Trumann was because it was much faster than the Health Unit in Jonesboro. But if the nurse is only available during school hours, there's no point.
Waited for awhile but it looked like there were only two people working at that time.

I've been several times and never seen the nurse smile. The bathroom was disgusting. Still so much better than waiting for hours at the Health Unit in Jonesboro. The front desk ladies were nice.
