Poinsette Commons Apartments is an awesome place to live. We have amazing management and all things asked for are done. The manager Carrie Fisher is very friendly, and she always asks how we’re doing. She’s really cares about her tenants welfare.
My mother lived here for two years. Nice apartments for the money, not enough parking though. Biggest issue was manager on site only 2 days a week and hard to reach other days when there was a problem. My mom passed away in fall of 2023, hopefully some issues resolved now. Excellent location and when manager was available she was kind and helpful.
Apartment is roomy and updated ( fairly new, within 5 years) parking is limited especially due to extra cars from people who don’t live there and people who have more than one car, plus people who live with other people there but not on the lease . Probably a problem everywhere ! Maintenance man is regularly there and water is included as well as trash and the electric bill is not that expensive and the problem with the apartment is they put flat paint on all the walls and everything shows up on that , but they do allow you ... read more
Posting for a resident. Eighty year old requiring oxygen. A/C has been out 2 business days with zero response. It’s 89 degrees in her apartment.
