My review is based on new patient accessibility. I called on Monday after 4th of July, checked their hours where it indicated they were open. I called three separate times, and no one bothered to answer the phone. I understand how a practice can get busy, but you should never be too busy when someone in need calls three separate times and you don't answer. Maybe consider turning the machine on if things get out of hand, and then check it when you're done and get back to them immediately. Is my suggestion unreasonable?
Took both of our dogs here for their yearly checkups. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
Every doctor to every staff member, we’ve always had a great experience. They always take the best care of my 4 dogs. They have patience and love for every animal. Plus, they always try to do the best care around my budget. I couldn’t thank Poinsett Animal Hospital enough.
