Not To Be Trusted ! Used Phil for years, always got on great and gave him $thousands in business. Unfortunately, my Prado got a blown head gasket and Phil + team failed to diagnose correctly but took $thousands in repairs/replacements not required. went to meditation over the matter and headlock - had to go to court - not worth it. Toyota dealer garage in Takanini immediately diagnosed properly head gasket fail. Unfortunately Phil and his management team too arrogant and smug to admit being in the wrong and were quite happy ... read more
