The team was incredibly friendly and created a stunning bouquet that my friend absolutely loved. Their attention to detail and service were exceptional 💐 This is definitely my new go to florist!

Excellent flowers; however, the poor service and the attitude of the employees are most disappointing. Not friendly and not accommodating of requests. I used to recommend this florist to many people I know. However, I won’t be walking in there ever again! I walked in the Double Bay store at 12pm on a Tuesday and asked if I can order a bouquet of flowers and collect it by 5pm as their website hours indicate that they close at 5pm. Ordered some flower for my friends 21st birthday however for the price i honestly didn't think it was worth it. While the flowers she received were nice, I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t quite match the photos featured on the website. I understand that variations in flower selection can occur depending on the size ordered, but I felt the final arrangement did not fully align with what i expected. I paid a total of $215 for the flower and delivery, for that price I had expected something more.
I was disappointed with my recent experience at this flower shop. I ordered online and some of the flowers looked wilted and not as fresh as I expected. Unfortunately, one of the stems even had thorns that pricked my hand. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.
