The bouquet I received was absolutely beautiful. I usually receive my flowers from this place & never get disappointed.
Pretty upset with my experience at Poho. I spent $280 on a large pastel bouquet. I ordered it 5 days prior to the date of my fiancés bridal shower. When I arrived to pick up the bouquet, they claimed that they had somehow missed my order and had not begun to make it, when I needed it at that time. Whilst they were quick to make it on the spot and it looked great, this was still very disappointing. Furthermore, it is now only 5 days later, and pretty much every flower from the bouquet is dead. Disappointing by Poho - standards have dropped it appears. Ordered a bouquet of tulips ($250+), and they were all open upon delivery and started to wilt within 24 hours. If you cannot commit to the quality proportionate to the price you charge, you are better served not offering a product at all. Customer service was woeful - when my partner emailed about the concern, no response or any acknowledgement.
The most disappointing bouquet. Very expensive and very carelessly arranged. The photos on the web site are actually misleading and deceptive. There are other florists in Double Bay.
