Excellent flowers; however, the poor service and the attitude of the employees are most disappointing. Not friendly and not accommodating of requests. I used to recommend this florist to many people I know. However, I won’t be walking in there ever again! I walked in the Double Bay store at 12pm on a Tuesday and asked if I can order a bouquet of flowers and collect it by 5pm as their website hours indicate that they close at 5pm.
