We have been taking our vehicles to Pohlman Auto for the past 2–3 years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always responsive, attentive to our concerns, and willing to answer any questions we may have. They are usually able to get us in quickly, and their communication throughout the process has been excellent. The quality of maintenance and repairs has been outstanding. Excellent customer service and quality auto care. They are honest about what does or does not need to be done; and thorough in explaining what’s happening. I trust them completely to care for me and my vehicle!
I have used Pohlman’s Auto for 20 years. I use them for everything from oil changes to major repairs and they never disappoint. They provide excellent service and the staff is very knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars. They always call and discuss everything before beginning repairs. Matt is the person I deal with most often. He is very friendly and makes scheduling easy. I recommend this place to everyone. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
