I moved into a Pohlig home last fall. A partial list of issues were HVAC did not work, Dishwasher wasn't secured so it tipped every time it was opened, unit leaked, window was covered in sheetrock, quarts countertop chipped, kitchen faucet falling apart, doors that swung closed on their own, dryer vent not working, the list goes on.
