Two weeks ago, my wife said she would like to have a better golf cart, ours is a 2007 Yamaha. Nothing wrong with the Yamaha, just old. By chance our second exploratory stop was at the Sun City Pohle EZGO Cushman location, around 4:30 p.m. We were met by Ricky. We were not sure if we wanted a new or refurbished cart. The service at POHLE is excellent. Ricky Torres the Manager was so kind when he showed me how to fill my batteries with the new watering system I purchased. He took the time to calmly explain everything to me and I totally understand how to do this each month. Jose was also very kind when he explained the system to me when he brought my golf cart home. It is a pleasure doing business with POHLE and the employees working there.
Ricky and Oscar were great to work with. Oscar delivered the cart and went through all of the options, made sure that all my questions were answered. Ricky was my sales rep. He was not pushy and really wanted to find the proper cart for our needs. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking.
