I was shopping for a used golf cart. When dealing with Club Car I was told “don’t hold your breath cause we can’t help you” when I told them what I was looking for. I went to EZGO. Ricky Torres helped me three different times during my search. He answered all my questions and got me a warranty I needed. I was able to purchase what I was looking for. I’m happy!
I have used Pohle multiple times and couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work, communications during service, their professional courtesy, and friendliness. Ricky, Jose, Matt, and Terry just serviced my cart and it runs like new again. Thank you gentlemen for being my go-to location when my cart needs repairs or maintenance.
Called about an issue with my cart around 10:00 AM. They told me to bring it in if I could, if not they would pick up. I was able to drive it in. Went on small test drive and Ricky could hear what I was talking about. An hour later they called me and told me what was wrong. Currently 2:15 PM I am home and cart is fixed. Great service and friendly staff
I recently purchased my golf cart at Pohle EZGO Cushman. I had a very positive experience at Pohle. The site manager, Ricky Torres worked with me to design my cart and get only the features and accessories that I needed/wanted. The result was a great cart for a reasonable price, delivered to my home exactly on time.
They are great so accommodating with pick up and delivery. They checked my brakes and said they were just dirty. That’s why they were squeaking. Another dealership may have put new ones on unnecessarily. I will always take my golf cart to them now.
