I recently purchased my golf cart at Pohle EZGO Cushman. I had a very positive experience at Pohle. The site manager, Ricky Torres worked with me to design my cart and get only the features and accessories that I needed/wanted. The result was a great cart for a reasonable price, delivered to my home exactly on time.
They are great so accommodating with pick up and delivery. They checked my brakes and said they were just dirty. That’s why they were squeaking. Another dealership may have put new ones on unnecessarily. I will always take my golf cart to them now.
Two weeks ago, my wife said she would like to have a better golf cart, ours is a 2007 Yamaha. Nothing wrong with the Yamaha, just old. By chance our second exploratory stop was at the Sun City Pohle EZGO Cushman location, around 4:30 p.m. We were met by Ricky. We were not sure if we wanted a new or refurbished cart. The service at POHLE is excellent. Ricky Torres the Manager was so kind when he showed me how to fill my batteries with the new watering system I purchased. He took the time to calmly explain everything to me and I totally understand how to do this each month. Jose was also very kind when he explained the system to me when he brought my golf cart home. It is a pleasure doing business with POHLE and the employees working there.
Ricky and Oscar were great to work with. Oscar delivered the cart and went through all of the options, made sure that all my questions were answered. Ricky was my sales rep. He was not pushy and really wanted to find the proper cart for our needs. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking.
