Wanted a "neighborhood cart" for transit from our house to the community center. Did a lot of web searching, and kept coming back to this dealer. There we worked with Debbie who helped us locate a used cart in very good condition. Debbie made the entire process easy and convenient (oh, and fun as well).
Terrible service. Took 3 trips to fix the brakes. I had to pay for all 3 trips. Waited an entire day for its return at 4pm. Overcharged me 300.00. Took it out they broke the blinkers. Don’t work at all. Will have to get fixed elsewhere. This is a nightmare.
We had the folks at Pohle EZGO Cushman in Tucson pick up our 2023 Club Car Carryall 1500 for service in October. Javier, the technician spoke at length with Bob about the problems we needed to get resolved, as well as numerous add-ons we were interested in. Debbie, in the showroom, organized a pickup time for us and sent Raymond to the house to load it up. Both were extremely cordial and professional. We had a very positive experience at the Tucson Pohle location. We are new to Arizona and were interested in a neighborhood vehicle, but we did not know too much about them.
