Richie and his team are the absolute best quality, honest and follow through guys you will ever meet. They are professional and you just don’t work with people like this anymore. I recommend them to all my clients and have found them to be trustworthy and refreshing to work with. The quality of his builds really stands out and the level of customer service is outstanding!
Richie & Jay built our custom home in 2011-12. This was our third custom home and our experience with Pohlad Homes was excellent. Work was completed as scheduled, communication was very good from start to finish. They did a great job of communicating how we were tracking to budget. Pohlad Construction built our new home 5 yrs ago and did additional remodeling in the years since. The Pohlad brothers, Jay and Richie, as well as their executive assistant Michelle, were always so friendly and professional during the planning and construction phases. They were great at keeping the construction site organized and picked up so as not to litter the adjacent home sites. We are so grateful for the work Pohlad did in the lower level of our home! They added beautiful custom beams, a stone fireplace, and and also a bar & bathroom! The quality and creativity of their work is unmatched! Everyone they brought in to our home came on time and worked within the schedule they set out. We look forward to having them do our next home/build project, too! We highly recommend Pohlad!
