Richie & Jay built our custom home in 2011-12. This was our third custom home and our experience with Pohlad Homes was excellent. Work was completed as scheduled, communication was very good from start to finish. They did a great job of communicating how we were tracking to budget. If surprises or changes occur they took the time to meet face 2 face and explain the whys and their recommendation to address the issue. Pohlad Construction built our new home 5 yrs ago and did additional remodeling in the years since. The Pohlad brothers, Jay and Richie, as well as their executive assistant Michelle, were always so friendly and professional during the planning and construction phases. They were great at keeping the construction site organized and picked up so as not to litter the adjacent home sites. We are so grateful for the work Pohlad did in the lower level of our home! They added beautiful custom beams, a stone fireplace, and and also a bar & bathroom! The quality and creativity of their work is unmatched! Everyone they brought in to our home came on time and worked within the schedule they set out. We look forward to having them do our next home/build project, too! We highly recommend Pohlad!
We used Pohlad Custom Homes for a lake house remodel and could not be more pleased! Jay, Richie and all employees we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made the process very easy for us. Cannot recommend them enough!
We had a great experience with Pohlad Homes. Communication was great, as we were out of town for most of the construction. Jay, Richie and Michelle (office) and team couldn't have been more pleasant, responsive and professional to work with throughout the process.
