7/2015... Pohl & King recently completed a monument for my father-in-law's final resting place! Mr. King provided valuable guidance with patience & understanding! There were several changes & iterations... they provided proofs after each change & they even provided life size proofs at critical stages during the design process. They did the job on time, many locations, and very good customer service.
This company has several locations. Their Wentzville location took my money and never did the job. They gave me the "run around" and stopped answering my calls. Luckily I had paid with a credit card and so got my money back through the credit card company. Do not do business with this company!
A nice variety of monuments to pick from. Very helpful & friendly service. The owner was very patient with us as we worked through our decision.
