I do not recommend anyone to visit this service. after replacing the torque converter (recall) from the gearbox, an oil leak appeared from the right axle, I returned to them, the leak was from the axle seal and they told me that it was not from them, they had replaced the torque converter without removing the axle 🤦♂️. How to replace a torque converter without removing both axles to disconnect the gearbox is not clear to me.... but they are not to blame 🤦♂️ Do not visit this service with incompetent liars! Great service department. Take all my vehicles there.
Called to schedule repair for recall. Arrived 15 minutes early to be told it would be over 2 hours before technicians would even look at vehicle. After waiting we were told they didn't have the part and it would need to be ordered. Why ask people to schedule recall repairs if the appointment means nothing? I live 45 minutes away, completely wasted they entire day.
Super rude over the phone. Never gave me my complimentary oil changes saying I didn't have any. Even though I keep getting emails about complimentary services through the "Pohanka Promise". Will be going elsewhere
The service was terrific as always. Jessica coordinated my service experience very professional and with a smile.
