I had a very disappointing experience with the Pohanka Honda service department. My sunroof shattered while I was driving, and I went in just to understand the cost of the repair and labor. I understand they were busy and couldn’t take the car the same day, but at the very least I expected a clear and reasonable estimate. Initially, the service advisor told me the glass would be $600 and labor would be $500.
