My customer service rep Isaiah Mason did a phenomenal job and has by far the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. He genuinely cares about the client, always kept me informed and got me my car back 2 weeks early. He was such a pleasure to work with and made this somewhat traumatizing car accident experience a much less scary one. Not that I ever want to come back to your shop, because this means my car needs repairs, but if I did, I would hope to work with him again. Fantastic job and please keep it up!!!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Caliber Collision. After getting the runaround for months from a nearby dealership, we brought my car to Caliber to have my bumper replaced from an accident. They made it so easy— from contacting the at-fault insurance company to get the full payment for repair, to updating me every step of the way. The work was done less than a week after we dropped the car off. The team was professional and friendly, and my car looks great. Don’t hesitate to bring your car here!
