After many years of trying, I'd given up on physical therapy. All I ever experienced was a one-size-fits-all program, and it never fit me. Then i went to Pogson and met Chris who exposed me to specific exercises targeted at my condition, and and he adjusted based on my bodies reaction to each. Bottom line: Chis is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Best ever. Most thorough evaluation I've ever received. Most comprehensive approach to supporting my recovery from breaking my right humerus. I can see why they call it the "funny bone" but breaking it isn't funny. It is fun, though. Gave me something to talk about.
Not Reccommended – I have been going to Pogson's PT for almost 2 months and have seen little progress overcoming my tendonitis. If you are considering going to Pogson's PT please ask yourself: 1.) Do you want one-on one attention- Chris see's multiple patients at one time 2.) Do you want to be seen for a full hr?- Be sure to let him know otherwise he will send you home after a half hr and charge you for the full hr. 3.)
