I had a job assignment from PEOPLEREADY in Fort Myers that was to work with MIGUEL at Poggenpohl on a pickup and delivery. The job ticket was issued at 4:30pm on a Wed. afternoon and canceled at 6:00am the next morning by PEOPLEREADY. This was either incompetence or mis-communication between POGGENPOHL and PEOPLEREADY that cost ME, MY time and gas money. I had an extremely dissatisfying experience with Poggenpohl Florida West, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Initially, we were enticed by their offer to have a designer come to our home and create a kitchen design that would cater to our dreams. Little did we know that this would turn into a complete nightmare. To start, we were asked to pay a hefty $500 fee for the privilege of having a designer work with us.
