We had to deal with Poff on a real estate transaction. We were the buyers and he was the sellers' attorney. Every single person who had to interact with him throughout our transaction told us essentially the same thing, "Poff should not be an attorney" (our attorney, our realtor, the sellers' realtor, etc.). He dragged out everything. The sellers' realtor frequently apologized for his behavior. Attorney review took THREE WEEKS only for them to accept what was essentially the first draft.
