I met with Mr. Poff over an issue I was having with an Ex Wife, he quickly got me a Court Date and was always available for me to speak with directly. I will continue to use Mr. Poff for all of my child custody issues

This is a person who is quick to take your money for a retainer fee, and then will drop your case if he feels like it and not refund your money. Do NOT go with him! I had to take him up to the SC Bar for not performing his duties, and the icing on the cake, he'll generate false emails to back himself up in court when hard pressed. LIAR! but guess who won this time Ol Poffy, the Little Guy, that's who. He needs to have his license to practice law taken away, literally.

I had a horrible experience. Mr. Poff failed to inform me of court dates, who the gardian ad litem was that was appointed to my case. The only thing Mr. Poff was good for was to ask for a new retaining fee. I do not recommend.
