Wonderful place. Takes great care of my mom.
My mother in law has been at Poets walk for 5 months and we could not be more pleased with our experience around the staff and overall care. Iesha and Kalina specifically have been exceptional and have always gone above and beyond with kindness, attention and extra care when it comes to our beloved mom. We are forever grateful for this wonderful place and could not ask for a better peace of mind with mom here at The Poets Walk! Thank you
My mother has been at the Poet's Walk for about a month and a half and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. She transitioned very well to the community and I can tell she feels comfortable. Patrick Beckett director of nursing is awesome, he has answered every question we have had and response very quickly to any questions/needs. The staff were very caring and understanding during the time that my husband was at Poet’s Walk. I spent a lot of time there with him and was able to observe how they treated other residents as well. Everyone was treated as an individual depending upon their particular medical and emotional needs, and they extended their care to me as well. I felt like I had family members helping me take care of him.
