Well came to visit one of my ladies and she's walking around with no shoes on go to her room and blood on her floor that had been there apparently for a week that the cnas should of cleaned up but didn't. This is a horrible place. Rude people that work here!!!! Not impressed at all!!!
I wouldn't let my dog be a resident of Poets Walk. Alot of the care givers put on a good front in front of the families, but treat the residents poorly. I witnessed elderly abuse while working there, reported it and absolutely nothing was done. The supervisor at the time a african woman named Eros who is also an RN is the most uncaring, unempathetic and unsympathetic person I have ever met let alone work for. My father was in the hospital literally given hours maybe a day to live. When I told her I wouldn't be there, her res... read more
