I see all of these bad reviews and I keep wondering if maybe there is another complex they are living in? My fiance and I have been in this apartment for almost a year and haven't had any problems. Maintenance is quick and efficient, I see them all the time and they are extremely nice. The leasing office is great, I haven't ever had a problem with them and they seem understanding and efficient any time thee is a problem. I currently live on Poets Row. The office gave me false information to persuade me into signing a lease. As troubled as I was to learn about this, the cockroaches helped calm me down, and I was lucky to be able to take a cold shower (the water has been turned off for 15% of my time here) which really helped me come to my senses. The mailboxes are not secure, but the maintenance staff is loudly renovating the adjacent units from 8-5:30 everyday, and I’m sure that scares away any mailbox thieves. Let’s just say the staff are absolutely rude and unsympathetic no wonder why they have such a bad review. My boyfriend and I are such quiet and law abiding individuals, and we always pay are rent on time and just because the pest control dude couldn’t stick around to do the job the 2nd time around, we have to leave in 3 days. Thanks a lot.
