Sheila was absolutely wonderful! She and her magic hands helped me relieve stress and tension, even in places I didn’t know I had it! I tend to cry when I release and I felt safe to do so. I was truly able to relax, rest, and release. The space is warm and welcoming and I look forward to seeing Sheila again. 🙏🏻💚
Sheila is an experienced and talented massage therapist who has dedicated her life to her profession. Her personal touch, knowledge and experience is demonstrated during each session. As a client, I have experienced nothing but excellent service and physical improvement.
