It doesn’t show the fact that the caregiving team ignores the residents, doesn’t take them to bathroom after hours of visiting with a resident. Or the fact that not one employee recognized a resident had a STROKE. Nor, does the staff document the resident did not eat their meal. They don’t try to get the resident to eat either. Ms.Wendy and her crew have hired many our volunteers as paid employment because they see their worth. For this, I will be forever grateful. Best experience ever is coming in and working side by side suck an amazing team !
