It doesn’t show the fact that the caregiving team ignores the residents, doesn’t take them to bathroom after hours of visiting with a resident. Or the fact that not one employee recognized a resident had a STROKE. Nor, does the staff document the resident did not eat their meal. They don’t try to get the resident to eat either. RecommendedMy name is Raeme and I bring young woman n children to Poets Walk every Monday to volunteer and learn both hard & soft skills. Ms.Wendy and her crew have hired many our volunteers as paid employment because they see their worth. For this, I will be forever grateful. Best experience ever is coming in and working side by side suck an amazing team !
