High quality merchandise and friendly customer service – Poeme is an awesome place to shop for everything from unique stationary to cool office supplies to custom wedding invitations. You can drop in to pick up a last minute card or gift or get your fix if you are a lover of fine stationary (like me). Waste of time. – Poeme has a great selection of wedding invitations and stationary, but the customer service was awful. They wouldn't even speak to me unless I had an appointment. Once I actually met with someone to pick out wedding invitations, she seemed like she couldn't be bothered. All correspondance was through email, and she took about 5 days to respond to each one of my messages. I even emailed her to tell her I was ready to order the invitations and I got no response!
