I've been a patient of Dr. Byerly's for 8 years. Her office is well equipped with many professional women who are competent and cordial in all eye testing. Dr. Byerly is knowledgeable and informative in her treatment of all ophthalmic issues. So fortunate to have a wonderful physician who cares.
I so wanted to love this practice. When I moved to Naples I did my best to find doctors here to meet all my needs. This office was recommended. I was happy to be a patient of a woman-owned business, and found Dr Byerly and her staff to be so pleasant. But…. But…. My catarack surgery experience with Dr Byerly was extremely disappointing. She did not listen to my concerns, and I felt like she has a dismissive approach to concerns after surgery I experienced on going pain and headaches after surgery , with a droopy eyelid, which none of these were resolved during any of my follow up visits I am under another doctor 's care who is helping me with all my complications from my surgery. Dr Byerly did cataract surgery on both my eyes. My eyesight is much better . She is most professional and provides excellent care for her patients. I have recommended several people to her and all are extremely satisfied. PS I threw away all my readers as I no longer need them!
Dr. Byerly did a cataract surgery on my left eye 3 months ago. I was pressured into a multifocal lens with astigmatism correction to get me out of glasses. I see a blurred haze in a diagonal pattern across the middle of my visual field and a starburst pattern with spirals around every light, especially LED lights and with night driving. It's horrible.
