I was very impressed by Doctor Lynn Bayerley’s demeanor, professionalism, and expertise in eye examination and surgery. During my examination, she was very attentive to my eye issue and explained everything in great detail. Even though some of the ratings on some of her reviews aren’t as positive as they should be, I felt differently — my experience was far better. I am a fellow ophthalmologist and called to make a short appointment to meet Dr Bylery to determine if I would want her to do my cataract surgery. The receptionist said I can only get a full examination for surgery. I replied that I have not decided yet. She hung up on me. I then wrote a letter to Dr Bylery to ask her directly for a short appointment. I never received any reply. What if I had an emergency? I don’t think there is coverage on weekends. No answer.

I've been a patient of Dr. Byerly's for 8 years. Her office is well equipped with many professional women who are competent and cordial in all eye testing. Dr. Byerly is knowledgeable and informative in her treatment of all ophthalmic issues. So fortunate to have a wonderful physician who cares.

I so wanted to love this practice. When I moved to Naples I did my best to find doctors here to meet all my needs. This office was recommended. I was happy to be a patient of a woman-owned business, and found Dr Byerly and her staff to be so pleasant. But…. But…. Professionalism demands owning a mistake; especially in a medical context when one’s health is the most important thing. No, it’s really the only important thing.
