I remember once having to go to a lab on a Saturday. The lab was not accepting the order, and told me to return a different day. After diagnosing a compression fracture in my spine and scheduling a kyphoplasty, Dr. Poehailos was apparently too busy to have a peer to peer discussion with my insurance company. For three weeks. Calls to inquire why the operation was cancelled twice (pending her making/answering a simple phone call left me with pain. Even the person who took my blood work did a bad job. Blood came spurting out and iafter pushing the needle around left me with bruises after two and a half weeks.
