Great quality, came in under budget and schedule. Very thorough and detailed scope-of-work when getting the estimates too. All asphalt jobs are not equal! The first phase of our project we went the the lowest price from a local company and its cost us in the long run. POE worked with us to get a good game plan in regards to drainage, approaches and even met with the HWY district on our behalf to help facilitate the permit details.

Good place to get your rock and asphalt. Plant cranks out hot mix very quickly.. No need to go into the pit for anything other than maybe some exotic rock.

Thanks for the windshield rock chip. Surprise there wasn’t more damage. Maybe yall should consider rock flying from your trucks before getting on the freeway going 70+. Insane.

Horrible driver. Driving on Spirit Lake Cutoff Rd at roughly 12:45-ish on 06/10/2025. One of their trucks came FLYING in from a side road. Instead of stopping and waiting they proceeded to cut off the vehicle in front of me. Forcing them, the vehicle behind me, and me to all slam our brakes. Luckily I try to be a safe driver and had plenty of time to stop even though I have a 12k lbs trailer behind me.
