Spent 5 hours on several phone call. They kept lying to me about the price quote. The quote generated online is fake; to proceed, you must confirm with telephone customer service, at which point you will receive a completely different quote.

What an extraordinarily frustrating experience. Our PODS delivery was scheduled for today. PODS sent us an email yesterday confirming today’s delivery, and then sent two additional confirmation emails this morning stating that our delivery was still confirmed. Based on those repeated written confirmations, we arranged our entire day, coordinated our move, and hired help to unload the container during the confirmed delivery window.
