Had a good experience with the PODS driver Angel, represented your company well, was very polite and did his job as we would have expected.
Had a great experience having pods delivered from Arizona to Rochester. The driver's have been such a treat to work with. We had the privilege of having Bill in Rochester as our delivery driver and his experience and skill are nothing less than above and beyond.

Mr. Angel Sanchez was excellent beyond expectations! He was on time, informative and very pleasant as well as informative. Move him up to management and bring in more personal like him and your company will have a winning combination.
Quoted a specific amount and was charged well over that. No communication on charges or when. Pod door was in bad shape. Cannot reach any customer service representatives when trying to call, as it is automated prompts that put you at a dead end. Unsatisfied. Note: the drivers who transported the pod itself were courteous and professional, thank you to them.
