Scheduled to have a pod delivered before we move. Called customer service and confirmed those days worked and paid a premium to ensure pick up was at a specific time. Six days before the pod is scheduled to arrive at our house, we get an email saying they can no longer accommodate the days that we already booked and we are forced to cancel. Now I have to find a new moving service 6 days before we have to move. Customer service was not helpful at all. I would not trust this company.

The driver arrived and sized up the pick up work. Although challenging in that a garage had been built in the path of the original approach, he was able and proficient in approaching and recovering the POD from its location. The driver was very professional and courteous the whole time, methodically maneuvering the machine while being mindful of of the tres and yard. I would use PODs again and highly recommend their service. Using PODs allowed me to keep and store my materials on site in a dry secure manner.

Avoid PODS at all costs. I scheduled a POD to be delivered today as part of a carefully planned move. The POD never arrived. When I called to find out why, I was told that my delivery request had been denied. The problem? No one from PODS ever bothered to notify me that the request had been denied. I then spent over an hour on the phone being transferred around and speaking with an overseas call center, only to be told that the earliest they could deliver my POD would be 22 days from now.
