Ken was very helpful and pleasant.
Overall the communication was awful. Confirming the delivery, calling customer service website etc Too many notifications that were in accurate over and over asking me to confirm when it was confirmed. Ridiculous. Driver and delivery was the best thing. Driver was so nice and polite.
Ken was very friendly, courteous and efficient in maneuvering the POD into position. He did a great job. Looked forward to the next phase of our move.
Ken did a great job on the pick up. Skilled, personable and on time.
Pickup and drop-off were handled professionally; with particular props to Ken. He was very kind and pleasant to speak with when dropping the POD off. Fast, efficient, and most importantly, proficient and SAFE with his equipment. Please reward employees like Ken who take their role seriously, he is the face of your company and is doing a very good job at it.
