So far this as been a very bad experience. There has been separate charges for same day pick up and delivery, on top of what we paid for. Once we set up a delivery date to drop off and pick it up the pod, they changed the dates on their own without giving us a warning or reason. Juan Garcia reset it but this was the 2nd time they messed with our date. This has not been and easy and affordable transaction. I don't think we'll ever use this service again.
The POD drivers were really skilled. Maurice Morris is a magician at moving these in and out of tight spaces.
Job well done! Everything went so smoothly from booking to the final pickup of the POD, even with a few hiccups along the way, I’m still seriously impressed. I’ll definitely be using PODS for my next move and every move after that. No more moving companies for me!
