From start to finish this was teh easiest part of my move. Arrived in the delivery window they sent and was picked up with the same efficiency. Driver could not hve been any nicer.
Recently used PODS for a cross-country move and am happy with their service. Justin in the Miami location came to deliver the Pod for city service and he was AMAZING! He made the move so easy and was incredibly helpful.
Can't praise this company enough. Professional, punctual, respectful, kind, high quality equipment, collaborative, great website and system overall... and good prices. We used them while we were doing renovations at our campus over the summer. Will hire them again a thousand times!
Booked our POD delivery two weeks in advance gave exact locations flew out to have our company moved and the company completely ghosted us wouldn’t return phone calls and the only answering service they had on Saturday and Sunday was that they were open only Monday through Friday. This company sucks wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t care about their customer service in any fashion.
