Delivery driver referred to me as fresh beef. I reported this to PODS and they did not follow up with me about this, after they said they would. Premium pricing, lackluster customer service. Edit: they called me and left a voicemail insisting they fired him- did not leave me their number for follow up. I sent an email saying I’d like to have a conversation with someone about this, and they completely blew me off.

This was my first time to use PODS. I found them so very thorough and accommodating when I had to change my delivery dates 4 times due to a house not closing on time. They were AWESOME to talk to - and managed to deliver and pick up according to my needs whenever possible - which for me, was EVERY SINGLE TIME! I would recommend them to anyone moving - very nice to be able load when your schedule allows! THANK YOU TO THE PODS TEAM from that first phone call to the last pick-up!
