The last part of our cross-country move with PODS was completed last week, when Marcelo R. picked up our empty container. Like everyone else at PODS, he was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. The entire 10-month process (our container was stored while we completed a remodel on our new place) was stress free. Thank you to all the people at PODS who made our move so easy.
The service providers /drivers did a magnificent job. They are on time, courteous and responsive to my needs.
I’ve used Pods twice now, and will likely use them again. Pods provides a very convenient way to manage complex move timing. Plus, the drivers are always positive and professional, and watching Podzilla is never dull!
Marcelo did an amazing job delivering our POD. He called ahead of time, confirmed the placement of our POD, was friendly and helpful, especially so early in the morning. He also helped ensure that the door could open and took extra time to help us get the door open when it appeared to be stuck. So thankful for his forward thinking and effort because we would've had a hard time opening it otherwise. Our experience with PODs has been 100%!
