Drivers showed up on time and very professional.. Only issue was the hidden fee I did not know abiut on pick up..
Very easy experience with using their PODS storage container!
NEVER USE PODS! The didn’t pick up as scheduled and then informed me the person who called and gave me a reschedule date and time didn’t work for them! So if a random person in the universe hadn’t called me after my scheduled pick up time to tell me it had to be rescheduled I would still be waiting! Then when the did pick it up the did major damage to my landlords tree several feet from the POD and denied my request to come move the damaged portion of the tree that I had to buy a chainsaw and do myself.
