Mixed emotions. My first pickup was a disaster and was not completed. On the second attempt an amazing Operator named Lloyd did the job with finesse. He knew what he was doing. He knocked the pick up out the park. Lloyd gets 5 stars but because of the horrible first attempt I am giving overall three stars because of the first experience. I would use POD again because of my Operator who dropped the POD was amazing and my Operator Lloyd who was doubled as amazing.

Pathetic service!!! Don’t go with it guys.. They pick up the container on right time but at the time of delivery they were horrible. Our account was pulled out before the delivery we are not able to log in they didn’t answer the customer service call We are waiting for our stuff to deliver over the 10 days this delay happened because they don’t have any one to deliver then they charged us for holding it more than a month.

Very accommodating for my needs all the guys were great. The guy that I talked to on the phone yesterday. He was amazing. Forgot his name now but he got it done and I thank him and you need to give him a raise and the guy that came and picked up and delivered. Give them a raise too. They did great. They were very respectable and very nice and it was great experience with With all of them, and I will use you in the future

What a great service option to have, we sold our house much quicker then expected, so we needed options for storage & shipping until we found our new home. We found our new home and POD,s handled drop off and pick up like clock work. Worth every dollar .
