Lewis and Jason were absolutely amazing!! They provided clear communication, careful deliver, and friendly service. I was concerned that the POD wouldn't fit the way I wanted it to, but Lewis and Jason got it done. I even asked if they would be the drivers for the destination delivery because I know I can rely on their quality service. PODS was the perfect choice for moving. Great experience. Super helpful and exceed customer service expectations.
Couldn’t find my address even though others had no issues. Driver just left it on someone else’s property. They blamed me. Told me they’d move it again. Then turned around and couldn’t move it on that date even though they took my money! Awful customer service!
Jim and Brandon are super nice and efficient. I was highly satisfied with the delivery and working with me on the placement of the pods.
The staff were very considerate and helpful with scheduling and explaining best packing processes. Highly recommend.
