Do NOT book with PODS!!! We unfortunately had a horrible experience!! We initially booked over the phone and the representative told us we could store the pods on the street…well the driver showed up with the pods said we could not. He said it was a common issue with PODS that they tell people they can leave them on the street and they can not. We live down a hill and are moving — it would have been fine if they had picked up the pod when it was scheduled to be picked up… however they did NOT pick it up on that day!!! We wer... read more

Everyone was so helpful throughout the whole process! It made my move 100% easier :)
Jim picked up the PODs container, and he is a very respectable, professional operator of the equipment. He even went out of his way to protect my grass from being rutted by the PODs machine. If I ever have to use PODs again, I highly recommend it. It made my process smooth.
For the second year in a row, Keith Coleman has done an incredible job with delivering a PODS for our storage needs. He has to place the PODS outside on the bare ground in a tricky location. He does a fantastic job with communicating and keep us apprised of where he is in the delivery process. We ask a lot of him, and he delivers with a smile and positive attitude!
