Francisco out of Ft. Meyers was incredibly prompt and helpful with the install.
Francisco was the best pod delivery guy! He was friendly and very professional throughout the whole interaction. I would work with Francisco again.
I would give zero stars if I could. Our Pod was so carefully packed with padding and tightly that our 65” tv survived with no damage, but the Pod was so roughly handled that a new dryer and a new refrigerator were badly damaged. The appliance repairman said that they were shaken so violently that it damaged the compressor in the refrigerator and the drum in the dryer. He also said that it would be less expensive to replace them rather than repair them. So on a move that cost almost $4000 total. We had another $2800 in damage... read more
