Flawless both with scheduling, pick up, and support. Thank you !!
Francisco was very efficient and extremely professional.
Francisco was fantastic—professional, friendly, communicative, and extremely careful with the delivery and placement of my PODS container. He truly did an excellent job. Unfortunately, after storing four PODS units for five years, I moved them to traditional storage due to unreasonable price increases and disappointing customer service. Francisco deserves five stars; my frustration is with PODS as a company and I would rate them a 2 star.
Francisco de Ft Myers, excellent service and attitude.
