I ordered a container for 9/30 at 8am, on 9/29 I received a confirmation text that the container wouldn’t be delivered until afternoon between 12:45 and 3:45, I explained to the agent that took the order that I needed the container as early as possible as I needed to be on the road no later than 11am the agent assured me that it would be there by 8am on the 30th, I called back to see why the confirmation was saying something different and the agent stated that the container was supposed to be delivered that day the 29th and ... read more

Overall experience was great! Drivers at both ends were on time and very professional and best of all - communicated! First time using PODS and will be sure to do it again and recommend your service to everyone. From first call to final delivery your support was top tier. Don't use PODS if your move has a deadline or is anyway time sensitive. Scheduled and paid in advance for delivery on Thursday. 72 hours later, STILL NO container. They've moved my window now 6 times and I haven't been called once for the update; just a "confirm the new time" like I'm going to be okay with it. I've paid for services up front, and none of them have been provided 3 days after services were agreed to start. Most pathetic experience! You’re better of throwing money rather than getting frustrated. They don’t deliver timely after so much. follow up and their customer service is not trained to even check customers account. They don’t have basic customer service skills. Better to use another container company . Pods has been horrible experience.
