PODS and drivers thank you so much for a detailed and timely move. Made my life easy.
Do NOT use unless you buy your own lock or have bolt cutters available! Lock seized and would not open. I had to call and pay for a locksmith $250. PODS was no help. Originally said they could refund me $100 for the inconvenience, then hung up on me, and lied saying they wouldn’t do that when I called back and tried saying they couldn’t create a case to document that I had called and was having an issue.
Easy to process the install and remove PODS
My family always uses Pods for interstate moving. Pods price and scheduling flexibility always are the best option for us.
Drivers were great, delivery service was 5 miles short of my home, requiring me to move the entire contents of a fully loaded 16 foot container the last 5 miles myself.
