I had an excellent experience with PODS from beginning to end. The entire process was convenient, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. Every representative I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Beware, they will bill you even after you cancel your account & have them scheduled to pick up your unit. Billing cycle was the 16th. Scheduled pickup for the 13th. On the 13th, they messaged me 4 times to say they were running late, b4 rescheduling the pickup for 6 DAYS LATER, after my billing cycle. The company assured me that they would not bill me since the pickup was scheduled BEFORE the next billing cycle, but they billed me anyway. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with POD. The container was dropped off on 08/14/2026 to pickup on 08/10/2026. I had a scheduled time for pickup but there was no one to pickup the POD. I call and all I got was an apology which was cool because it’s not the agents fault. I’m on day two still waiting for a POD pickup the eta was set for 9am-11am NO SHOW. It states there on their way. Now, I talking to Ella @ POD so I can get some answers.
