Absolutely horrible company and the insurance for your items is a complete joke. They'll destroy your goods and have their cut rate insurance company refuse to cover the damages. Do yourself a favor and have someone reputable with good insurance move your goods, not these hacks.
The driver was fantastic. His name was SATINDERSINGH he was fantastic with placing the second pot and helped us get the first one opened very, very professional and well mannered.
