This was my first time using the POD service and I am extremely impressed with the service. Their customer service is excellent and they communicate with you throughout the entire process. They delivered on time and the delivery men on both ends were very helpful and friendly. They also provided me with name(s) of labor contractors who loaded/unloaded the POD at a very reasonable price. Using PODS was the best decision I’ve made when it comes to moving.
