Becca was amazing! She placed our pod perfectly and was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was here right at the beginning of our time window and placed the pod exactly where I hoped to make it easiest to get furniture out of the house for our new floors. She made sure I knew how to operate the door, latch, and how to find my pod if I needed it to go storage and what the experience would be like there if I needed to access it.
