Beware, you can only move to an approved PODS address! I requested an online quoted for a storage and moving service. At the time I did not have a home purchased, just some areas that I was considering moving to. The quote came back and I proceeded with the move. The drop off and pick up of the container was great. We emptied out the house to stage it to sell and the PODS storage was perfect for us. The house sold and we moved, I called PODS to arrange delivery of our container. The customer service representatives were good, but everything else was kind of a nightmare, honestly. They never requested information about our alley and so has to reschedule when it turned out that it was too narrow to deliver the pod - this also cost us about an additional $200 in fees to cover the street permit. And then they did not communicate that I would be automatically billed for another month of storage because they weren't able to pick it up exactly at the one-month mark.
