Long distance move from Texas to Minnesota. On Delivery Day here in MN, they brought the wrong Container and for the whole weekend, did not know where mine was. Today it arrived with a week of delay. Minimal communication that I had to initiate myself. To this day, no one called or reached out for any type of compensation that I was promised to receive. Customer Service is horrible. Never use this company.

Worst experience ever! I have never dealt with a company that has such poor customer service or lacks so much in communication at all levels; primarily between the customer service department and dispatch. They cancelled one of my PODS, that I had scheduled a month prior, only one hour before it was to be delivered. If you do book, be prepared that the time you are give the day before and the morning of will most definitely change numerous times throughout the day. I put in an order for a Pod for a move in one of the twin city pods site. I need to cancel the pod and I have cancelled online, called and tried everything but it won’t let me cancel it. I have been trying to cancel for a month. I would urge caution when booking a Pod. I am being harassed by them.

Although my overall experience with the company was positive I have to say the MPLS end of the move was not. I had to argue with the driver for along time to get him to put it where I needed it. Kind of annoying and I'm glad I was around to strong arm him otherwise he would have put it in completely the wrong place than what I had communicated about with the office. I'll leave a better review for the team at the other end of the move.

I have a pretty tight driveway and was concerned about their ability to deliver the POD. The driver (Becca) was able to deliver it with pinpoint accuracy. Very impressive! Thank you!
